Terms & Conditions.
Even Nothing needs some rules.
1. Seller and operator
Effective from 11 October 2026
The operator of OfficialNothing.com and the seller of products offered through this website is:
Tech4Space OÜ
Registry code: 17146788
Tartu mnt 67/1-13b
10115 Tallinn
Estonia
Customer communication, complaints and other order-related matters: nothing@officialnothing.com
Official Nothing™ is a brand used for products offered through OfficialNothing.com. The customer’s contractual counterparty is always Tech4Space OÜ.
2. Who these Terms apply to
These Terms govern contracts concluded through OfficialNothing.com between the Seller and the customer.
A customer may be a consumer or a business. Provisions based on mandatory consumer protection apply only where the customer acts outside their trade, business, craft or profession.
3. What you are actually buying
Products offered on OfficialNothing.com are supplied digitally. They do not include physical goods or physical shipping unless a specific offer expressly says otherwise.
Depending on the product, the customer may receive a digital certificate, personalised digital document, digital record, numbered edition or another digital deliverable described on the product page.
Humour, exaggeration and satire are part of Official Nothing™. Labels such as title, licence, indulgence, certification, standard, status or similar expressions do not by themselves have official, professional, academic, religious, legal or regulatory effect.
In particular, Official Nothing Institute certificates are not academic qualifications, corporate certifications are not audits or accredited certifications, and products described as indulgences are not church acts or other official spiritual acts.
The satirical nature of a product does not limit the Seller’s duty to provide the digital content actually promised in the offer.
4. Orders and conclusion of the contract
The customer selects a product, enters the information required to create and deliver it, and proceeds to electronic payment.
Before payment, the customer can review the information entered and correct errors.
The contract is concluded when payment is successfully completed and the order is accepted by the Seller. The Seller then sends confirmation to the e-mail address supplied by the customer.
If the payment transaction is not completed, the contract is not considered concluded and the digital deliverable does not have to be supplied.
Order, payment and delivery information is recorded electronically to the extent necessary to perform the contract, comply with accounting and legal obligations, prevent abuse and protect the Seller’s legitimate interests.
5. Prices, currencies and payment
The product price is shown before the order is completed. The customer sees the total amount and transaction currency before payment.
Official Nothing may offer different fixed price lists for different markets, including EUR and USD. KupNic may use CZK. These are market price lists, not a promise of live foreign-exchange parity.
Card payments are processed through Stripe. The Seller does not receive the customer’s full payment-card details.
For Nothing, Made to Measure, the customer chooses an amount within the limits displayed by the system. Any patronage designation follows the thresholds published by the website for the relevant market at the time of the order.
Unless stated otherwise, digital products have no shipping charge.
6. Digital delivery
Digital content is normally created and sent without undue delay after successful confirmation of payment.
Delivery is primarily by e-mail to the address supplied by the customer. Some products may also create a public or private record on OfficialNothing.com as described for that product.
The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the e-mail address and other information entered during checkout.
A device and software capable of opening a PDF file are required to view a standard digital certificate. No other special technical requirements normally apply.
7. Immediate supply and withdrawal rights
Consumers in the EU/EEA may have a statutory right to withdraw from a distance contract, including a 14-day period where applicable under mandatory consumer law.
For EU/EEA market purchases, because Official Nothing normally supplies digital content immediately after payment, checkout requires the customer to expressly request supply before the end of the withdrawal period and acknowledge that, once supply begins under the conditions required by applicable law, the no-reason right of withdrawal is lost. The order-confirmation e-mail records that acknowledgement.
For United States market purchases, Official Nothing does not represent that the EU/EEA 14-day withdrawal regime applies. Checkout instead asks the customer to request immediate digital delivery and acknowledge that, once digital delivery begins, the purchase is final and non-refundable except where applicable law requires otherwise.
Nothing in these Terms limits statutory remedies for digital content that is not delivered, is defective or does not conform to the description, or any other rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
8. Personalised products and gifts
Some products may contain a name, company name, dedication or other information entered by the customer.
The customer is responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of information supplied for personalisation.
For a gift purchase, the contractual customer remains the person who placed and paid for the order.
If direct delivery to the recipient is selected, the Seller may use the recipient’s name and e-mail only to the extent necessary to create and deliver the gift and meet related legal obligations.
A dedication entered during checkout is intended as a private message to the recipient and is not automatically published.
9. Hall of Nothing and Archive of Nothing
Public display of a customer’s name or chosen label in the Hall of Nothing is voluntary.
For a gift order, the buyer cannot consent to public display of the recipient’s name on the recipient’s behalf. Where offered, the recipient makes that choice separately.
Nothing Absolute is limited to 100 numbered digital editions. Edition numbers are allocated after successful payment according to the order in which paid orders are processed.
An Absolute holder may be recorded anonymously in the Archive of Nothing. A supplied name or label is published only following the voluntary choice of the person entitled to make that choice.
The Hall of Nothing is global across supported markets. For ranking, paid orders are assigned an internal normalised Hall value at the time of payment. That ranking value is fixed for the order and is not subsequently changed merely because foreign-exchange rates move. Amounts displayed in another market currency are presentation equivalents and do not change the amount originally paid, refund value or credit balance.
Hall positions are dynamic and can change when other customers make qualifying paid purchases. Buying Nothing Absolute does not guarantee a particular Hall position.
The expression “permanent record” means that the record is not ordinarily time-limited while the relevant archive is normally operated; it is not a guarantee that an internet service will exist indefinitely regardless of legal, technical or other objective circumstances.
10. Referrals and Nothing credit
After a successful purchase, a customer may receive a personal referral link.
If another customer completes a qualifying paid purchase through a valid referral link, the link owner may receive Nothing credit equal to 20% of the amount actually paid in money on that referred order after any credit used on that order.
Credit arises only after successful payment and does not arise from incomplete, cancelled, refunded or charged-back payments. If the underlying payment is later reversed, the Seller may reverse or adjust the corresponding credit.
Self-referral is not permitted. Nothing credit cannot be paid out in cash or converted into money; it may only be used to pay or reduce the price of a future purchase within the corresponding credit currency/market.
Credit is linked to the customer’s e-mail address and private credit link. The private link functions as an access credential and should not be shared.
If the payment provider requires a minimum non-zero card charge, credit use may be limited so that this minimum remains payable by card. Unused credit remains available for later use, subject to these Terms.
The Seller may refuse to award or accept credit in cases of fraud, manipulation, artificial orders or other abuse of the referral system.
11. Digital-content defects and complaints
The Seller is responsible for supplying digital content that conforms to the agreed description and the properties actually promised to the customer.
Consumers retain all mandatory statutory remedies for defective or non-conforming digital content under the law applicable to them.
Complaints may be submitted to nothing@officialnothing.com. Please include the order number, the e-mail used for the order, a description of the issue and the requested solution where possible.
The Seller will confirm receipt and handle the complaint without undue delay and within any mandatory period required by applicable law.
Where digital content is defective, remedies may include bringing it into conformity and, where the law provides, an appropriate price reduction or termination/refund.
12. Liability and the nature of the products
Official Nothing™ does not promise a practical, financial, professional, academic, legal, religious or other real-world effect where the offer is expressly satirical.
The Seller remains responsible for proper delivery of the specific digital content and features actually stated in the offer.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under mandatory law.
13. Consumer dispute resolution
If a consumer dispute arises, please first contact the Seller at nothing@officialnothing.com so that the matter can be resolved directly.
Depending on residence and applicable rules, EU/EEA consumers may also seek assistance from the European Consumer Centres Network (ECC-Net) in cross-border disputes.
Consumers resident in Estonia may submit eligible contractual disputes to the Estonian Consumer Disputes Committee administered by the Consumer Protection and Technical Regulatory Authority. Consumers in other EU/EEA countries may use the assistance available through ECC-Net for cross-border disputes.
The former EU Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform was discontinued in 2025 and is no longer available.
14. Governing law
Contracts concluded through OfficialNothing.com are governed by the laws of Estonia, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
If the customer is a consumer, this choice of law does not deprive the consumer of protection granted by mandatory provisions that would apply under relevant consumer-protection and private-international-law rules, including mandatory protections of the consumer’s country of habitual residence where applicable.
15. Changes to these Terms
The Seller may amend these Terms for the future, in particular when products, website functionality, service providers or applicable law change.
The version in force when a particular order is concluded applies to that order.
16. Model withdrawal notice
This model may be used only where the consumer still has a statutory right of withdrawal.
